Alan Hall is an established Rule 31-certified mediator with a reputation for resolving disputes impartially and successfully. He is a U.S. District Court approved neutral for Middle District of TN.

 

Drawing on two decades of experience as an attorney, Alan brings to each case a diverse wealth of expertise — combining the law, banking, business, engineering, technology, and leadership in state government agencies — that gives him added insight into a range of issues.

 

Based in Franklin, TN, Alan’s practice has achieved particular expertise in labor and employment and litigation business law. He also has served as Inspector General of the Tennessee Department of Human Services, overseeing four divisions and more than 300 employees, and built a successful career as a banking executive. As part of his role with the department, he successfully mediated EEOC complaints and federal audit penalties.

 

Alan obtained his credentials as a Rule 31-certified mediator in 2014.
